Every stay includes everything your cat needs for a safe and comfortable visit:
If your cat has dietary requirements or is a fussy eater, you’re welcome to provide their own food.
- Food and fresh water provided daily
- Royal Canin, Advance or Blackhawk dry food each morning
- A large selection of high quality wet food each evening
- Breeders Choice litter supplied and changed daily
- We are happy to administer all medications, including injections
- Daily wellbeing monitoring and care
Multi-Cat Households
For 5 or more cats, please contact our team to discuss pricing and the most suitable suite configuration.
Our custom enclosures feature a removable panel system, allowing us to expand suites for larger feline families while maintaining comfort and privacy.
Extended Stays & Surcharges
- Discounts apply for long stays over 29 days

$7.50 surcharge per cat on public holidays

$10 weekend surcharge per cat if dropped off over the weekend for 3 days or less (i.e Saturday - Sunday, Friday - Sunday or Saturday - Monday)
- $15 weekend surchage for two cats over the weekend for 3 days or less (as above)
- 50% deposit required for bookings over $600
- All bookings are to be paid in full on depature
Holiday Period Bookings
- Christmas / New Year (Dec 22 – Jan 4): 7-day minimum stay
- Easter: 4-day minimum stay

We warmly welcome senior cats.
Our accommodation can be personalised for comfort, mobility and individual care requirements, ensuring older cats enjoy a calm and stress-free stay.
