Booking & Rates
What are your cat boarding rates?
Our rates are charged per day or part thereof (not per night).
- 1 cat: $27 (single suite) / $45 (double suite)
- 2 cats: $46 (double suite or two singles)
- 3 cats: $58 (double suite)
- 4 cats: $73 (triple suite)
For 5 or more cats, please contact us to discuss pricing and suite options.
Do you offer discounts for extended stays?
Yes. Stays of 29 days or more receive a 10% discount.
Is there a public holiday surcharge?
Yes, a $5 surcharge per cat applies on public holidays.
Do you require a deposit?
For bookings of $600 or more, we require a 50% deposit at check-in.
When is payment due?
All bookings are paid in full on departure.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Are there minimum stays during holiday periods?
Yes.
- Christmas / New Year (Dec 22 – Jan 4): 7-day minimum
- Easter: 4-day minimum
We recommend booking early during busy holiday periods.
Suites & Accommodation
Do cats share suites with other cats?
No. Each cat or cat family has their own private suite, and we never mix cats from different households.
What suite options do you offer?
We offer single, double and triple suites, as well as spacious walk-in suites with three levels for comfort and privacy.
Can you accommodate multi-cat households?
Yes. We have suite options for multi-cat families, and larger custom enclosures can be arranged for households with 5 or more cats.
Can senior cats or cats with mobility needs stay?
Absolutely. We welcome senior cats and can personalise suites for mobility issues, extra privacy and special care needs.
Can I bring my cat’s own bedding or toys?
Yes, you’re welcome to bring a favourite blanket or toy to help your cat settle in.
Please avoid bulky items such as scratch posts.
Food, Litter & Daily Care
What food do you provide?
We provide all food during the stay. Cats are fed twice daily:
- Morning: Advance or Blackhawk dry food
- Evening: roo mince, tuna or Whiskas
Can I bring my own food?
Yes. If your cat is a fussy eater or has dietary requirements, you’re welcome to provide their own food.
What litter do you use?
We provide Breeders Choice cat litter, which is changed daily and as required.
Do you monitor my cat during their stay?
Yes. Our team keeps daily logs of eating, toileting and general wellbeing to ensure every cat stays happy and healthy.
Do you provide updates while my cat is staying?
Yes, we provide regular updates and photos so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away.
Health & Requirements
What vaccinations are required?
All cats must be vaccinated against cat flu within 12 months of their stay.
What are the requirements for kittens?
Kittens must be over 12 weeks old and have had 3 vaccinations.
Do cats need to be desexed?
Yes, all cats must be desexed, except kittens under 6 months old.
Do you administer medication?
Yes, we can administer most medications.
Do you give injections?
No, we do not administer injections.
What happens if my cat becomes unwell?
We will contact you immediately and arrange veterinary care if required. Any veterinary treatment costs will be at the owner’s expense.
What if fleas are found?
If fleas are found during the stay, an Advantage treatment will be applied for $20.
Drop-Off & Collection
What are your drop-off and pick-up times?
Monday – Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm and 1:30pm – 5:30pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Public Holidays: 8:00am – 3:00pm
How long does check-in take?
Please allow a minimum of 10 minutes for check-in.
What should I bring?
Please bring your cat in a secured carrier. We will label and store it during the stay.
